“Everything rises or falls on leadership.” This is a great quote from author John Maxwell. I have often quoted him 
when teaching our pastors and leaders how important they are in the work of the Lord. As lead pastor at LifeChurch, I put a high priority on quality leadership. I believe in placing called, compassionate, and quality leaders in every level of ministry. All of our leaders are committed to helping people come to saving faith in the Lord Jesus, find their place of ministry in the body of Christ, and reach their friends and neighbors for Jesus.
